C.  Has a constitution and bylaws been adopted?

D.  Do the association’s constitution and bylaws conform to the nation’s existing legal standards?

SECTION SIX
 
Has the association received notification from the International Yudo Federation that the association has been determined eligible for election to full membership in the Federation at the next regular meeting?
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THIS SELF ASSESSMENT TOOL

A. Any “no” response indicates a bar to approval.

B. Section 1 must be all “yes” to be an “applicant” for International Yudo Federation membership.

C. Section 2 must be all “yes” to be a “candidate” for International Yudo Federation membership.

D. Section 3 must be all “yes” within one (1) year of being accepted as a candidate for membership.

E. Section 4 must be all “yes” within two (2) years of being accepted as a candidate for membership.

F. Section 5 must be all “yes” within three (3) years of being accepted as a candidate for membership.

G. Section 6 must be “yes” for the association to have concluded the membership process.

H. Remember that Federation membership must be renewed annually.
