TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE All Intellectual Property, as defined below, owned by or which is otherwise the property of ChungTongKwan Yudo, International Yudo Federation, and/or their constituent bodies, relating to the teaching, study, or practice of ChungTongKwan Yudo, including, but not limited to, publications, audio and video tapes and devices, photographs and visual images, sound recordings, internet sites and postings, and computer software and programs relating thereto (the "Military Art of ChungTongKwan Yudo") is proprietary to international treaty and the provisions of federal, state, and provincial law. Intellectual Property is defined as including, but not limited to, inventions (patentable or unpatentable), patents, trade secrets, copyrights, software, computer programs, sound recordings, visual images, logos and other indicia, educational and instructional publications, training aids and devices, magazine and journal articles, encyclopedia entries, and related documents and other works of authorship. Moreover, by membership in ChungTongKwan Yudo or its attendant bodies, or by use of any ChungTongKwan Yudo website, you agree that you will not (and will not attempt to) copy, imitate, modify, prepare derivative works of, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to clone the system, format, procedures, techniques, knowledge, information, or technology, obtained thereby. No title to or ownership in the Intellectual Property is transferred to you. All applicable rights of the Intellectual Property shall remain with ChungTongKwan Yudo, the Founding Grandmaster, and his heirs and designated successors. These Intellectual Property rights, as with all rights under Copyright, Trademark, and Service Mark, are, and will be, vigorously defended by the firm of attorneys retained by ChungTongKwan Yudo, the International Yudo Federation, and their constituent bodies, for such purpose. |
